Create a GCIMSChromatogramSet object

GCIMSChromatogramSet(chromatograms = list(), pData = NULL)

Arguments

chromatograms

A named list of GCIMSChromatogram objects, one per sample, named after their SampleID.

pData

A data.frame/DataFrame/tibble with the phenotype data, or NULL.

Value

A GCIMSChromatogramSet object
